Return & Refund Policy

  1. No products will be accepted by us if a) Product is damaged b) Change in quality/quantity of product c) product is not the actual product that’s delivered.
  2. In case of return/Replace: a) Tags of the product should not be removed b) Product should not be used /washed/damaged c) Item should be handed over with original package d) Return/replace should be initiated within no. of days mentioned.
  3. If the above mentioned cases are not found, there will be no refund/replacement provided.
  4. We are not responsible for the products returned by mistake and are not responsible for its delivery back to user.
  5. Replacement is provided only for the products that have replacement option provided in the description.
  6. Once returned, if user doesn’t avail replacement of item, user will be entitled to claim the refund of entire amount.
  7. Refund will be to the same mode that’s used for billing/making payment. For cash on delivery, user receives refund to his/her bank account, only if he/she shares the bank details. Refunds are made with respective country currencies only.
